This may sound like an odd pick, but the second half of 2019 could end up being Liv Morgan’s. She has never been featured prominently as a singles star and has only been utilized a select few times since she branched out on her own post-Superstar Shake-Up. As mentioned, all it needs is one good story and Morgan has been anxiously waiting for her turn.
This could be the time and place for WWE to try and make her a big star in the Women’s division. She still has a lot of untapped potential and is very young.
