#4.) The “shock factor” is not worth the risk
Wrestlers do everything in their power to put their bodies on the line selflessly for the entertainment of fans. Since chair shots to the head are a very rare thing now, we want to ask anyone reading this: Is the shock factor that it provides really worth the risk that it possesses? We believe that it isn’t worth the entertainment, especially when it’s at the expense of someone’s long-term health.
So even with promotions wanting to shock fans with edgy content, the reward isn’t much for the risk it has.
