#2.) Not insult the audience’s intelligence
One of the things that WWE has openly been guilty for is trying to insult the audience’s intelligence. You can see it on a week to week basis as Michael Cole or another commentator constantly repeats lines robotically word-for-word to try to catch new fans up to speed. While that’s fine in some cases, the presentation of the commentary really makes it seem as though fans are more fickle than they really are.
WWE needs to start pushing deeper storylines that can really make the audience think, rather than simple content that’s easy to digest.
