#3.) A very character-driven segment
The rule of thumb with WWE and Sports Entertainment is that the in-ring action in itself is secondary. While fans obviously seek (and deserve) high-quality matches, fans come in droves and stay for characters that they’re invested in. Bray Wyatt has always been a very character-driven superstar and the Firefly Fun House has nothing to do with wrestling.
If anything, it makes for interesting programming because Bray Wyatt’s character is just that interesting. Every week, we see a further descent into darkness and that creates a major sense of intrigue amongst fans. Moreover, the addition of the puppet Mr. McMahon character made for some great entertainment. Plus, we’re yet to find out whether Wyatt is a heel or a babyface!
