#1.) Jon Moxley‘s appearance
If AEW’s Double or Nothing wasn’t good enough, they shook it up at the end with the debut of Jon Moxley. He went right after Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho, before AEW revealed that he signed a multi-year contract. The reaction to his appearance and the impact that it casued was on a whole other level.
He changed the entire complexion of AEW and potentially even wrestling. His arrival may be viewed as one of the biggest events in wrestling in a long time. What the long-term implication is, we’re yet to see. It’s going to be exciting either way.
