#4.) Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre definitely had a successful return to the main roster, but he cooled down a bit around the turn of 2019. It’s not his fault per se, but a jump to SmackDown would certainly be instrumental in his rise up to the main event. SmackDown lacks quite a few top heels – a role which he can handily fill.
Plus, it would make great storyline sense for him to dominate on SmackDown, particularly because that was the brand where he first got started. Some may not be happy that he wasn’t pushed to the moon right away on RAW, but the upside of McIntyre is that there’s still quite some time for him
