#5.) Velveteen Dream survives top competition
The match had a very real MMA-type of feel to it, with Matt Riddle starting off with some slick inside leg kicks. Even his MMA-based moveset has translated so well into wrestling and despite the fact that he was not the crowd favorite, no one can deny that he put in everything that he had.
The two would prove to have great chemistry together, building up their match systematically over the course of 17 minutes. But Dream really could do no wrong. From his Statue of Liberty-themed entrance to his performance and relentlessness, he really managed to outdo Riddle and win by the skin of his teeth.
