The New Day had made history by December 2016, having officially surpassed Demolition to become the longest reigning tag team champions in WWE history. By Roadblock: End Of the Line, The New Day were on 483 days in their title reign, and The Bar turned out to be where it all came to a screeching halt.
The New Day at this point had begun to desperately use all kinds of tactics to retain their titles. Cesaro & Sheamus were wise to this and would outsmart The New Day and end up defeating them, ending their rec0rd-breaking title reign. It was a historic moment for The Bar, and a satisfying conclusion to an incredible title reign.
