The Bar hadn’t fully found their footing on SmackDown Live at this point, but they had gotten to the finals of a mini-tournament to determine The Bludgeon Brothers‘ opponents at SummerSlam. The finals saw The Bar go up against The New Day in what turned out to be an incredible action-packed bout. The Bar and New Day have incredible chemistry together, and it’s no surprise that they had such a brilliant bout on SmackDown. The New Day would walk out victorious, becoming #1 contenders.
