2. The Miz
This one might be surprising, but I think The Miz is a great foil for a lot of the independent wrestling talents. Just look at his blood feud with Daniel Bryan. There’s something so irritating about The Miz and that has somehow landed us in a world where he is the defacto antithesis of all independent names that leads to lightning in a bottle.
Jay Lethal’s excellent promo ability lends itself to the possibility of great MizTV segments, and much like Velveteen Dream, Miz oozes charisma and this would be one of the better overall utilization of Lethal’s hypothetical WWE contract.
