The young upstart Patrick Clark has proven that he’s made for the wrestling business by making waves in NXT. The Velveteen Dream character took the NXT Universe by storm and in short time has become one of the most popular stars on the yellow brand’s roster. His potential seems to be so much that even John Cena couldn’t help but praise him, saying that he could be “The One”.
Dream’s main roster debut is definitely one of the most anticipated ones and if he were to confront Baron Corbin upon his debut, it would be quite a big start. WWE has to be careful with how they manage Velveteen Dream because he’s a character whose potential they probably don’t realize themselves. Beating Corbin would be a good kick-start for Dream’s main roster run.
