To say that AJ Styles carried Jinder Mahal would be discrediting to Mahal’s ability. It was simply the fact that he had better chemistry with Styles, who brought out the best in him by far.
The Clash Of Champions main event saw Jinder bust out several new moves in a desperate attempt to regain the WWE Championship. Although he was unsuccessful, there was no denying that it was the best performance of his career up to that point. He just had a better opponent to showcase his in-ring skills against.
