CM Punk lost a lopsided unanimous decision against Mike ‘The Truth’ Jackson at UFC 225, 30-26 across the judges’ scorecard to go 0-2 in his professional MMA career.
Punk, who was tapped out by Mickey Gall in the first round at UFC 203, went the 3 round distance this time around but endured a fair amount of punishment at the hands of Mike Jackson.

Punk did not linger in the Octagon after the decision was announced despite colour commentator and interviewer Joe Rogan indicating to him that he’d like to speak to him.
It was later reported by reliable MMA journalist Ariel Helwani of MMA Fighting that Punk was transported to a local hospital for a facial CT scan after sustaining a beating in the fight.
