TMZ is reporting that WWE has filed a restraining order against Armando Alejandro Montalvo, who was arrested by police in August 2015 outside the Performance Center. Montalvo was shot during the incident while charging at one of the deputies trying to arrest him.
Court documents say that Montalvo also smeared his faeces on the walls of the Performance Center a month before his arrest.
TMZ’s report says that WWE filed a new restraining order because of new threats from Montalvo that have surfaced on social media. Montalvo reportedly resurfaced in March 2018 and harassed employees at a live event.
