Triple H Hypes 2017 Royal Rumble
As we reported earlier today, the 2017 WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view will be returning to the Alamodome in San Antonio for the first time since January of 1997. Fans may recall that was the year “Stone Cold” Steve Austin won the Rumble match to set up his iconic WrestleMania 13 encounter with Bret Hart, while Undertaker challenged Sycho Sid for the WWF Championship.
Triple H took to Twitter this afternoon to hype the event’s return (he faced Goldust as Hunter Hearst Helmsley in 1997).
A return 20 years in the making…

Dixie Carter Continues to Hype Sunday’s PPV
Despite numerous rumors and speculation over the future of TNA Wrestling, including a possibiliity that this Sunday’s Bound for Glory pay-per-view may not go on as planned, Dixie Carter took to Twitter earlier today and seems to be proceeding as if everything is fine.
I don’t make it a habit to reply to speculation, but I’ll say if you’re close to Orlando this Sun-Sat YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THESE TAPINGS!
