Lehigh Valley, PA reporter Sarah Cassi is reporting via Twitter that the judge presiding in the Jimmy Snuka criminal case has determined that Snuka is not competent to stand trial.

Snuka was charged with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the 1983 death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino:
Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.
