Meet The Leader Of DDP’s Red Headband Revolution

Diamond Dallas Page has released a video about Garett Sakahara the leader of his “red headband revolution.” Garett is a former pro bowler and musician who lost over one hundred pounds using DDP Yoga. In the video Garett talks about getting to know DDP and what the origins of the “red headband revolution” are. You can find the video below:

Stephanie McMahon has posted her latest #MidnightWorkout video to her Instagram account. This one shows her doing a warm up set of “X-jump ladder drills”. You can find the video below:
