The Bookies Odds for Wrestlemania 32’s Three Top Matches

It can hardly have escaped the attention of even the most casual of pro wrestling fans that we’re deep in the heart of Wrestlemania season.

As the days go by, we’re getting ever closer to April 3rd, 2016, when a sell-out crowd will descend upon the AT&T centre in Arlington, Texas to witness Wrestlemania 32, the unrivalled highlight of the wrestling calendar, and an event which -from its not-so-humble beginnings in Madison Square Garden- has gone on to transcend the very industry itself.

Such is ‘Mania’s mainstream popularity these days that even bookmakers and sports betting websites are getting in on the act, offering odds on the winners and losers of essentially pre-determined contests.

So, with just over two weeks to go before The Showcase of the Immortals kicks off in Texas, now looks like a good time to look at the kind of odds the bookies are offering on Wrestlemania 32’s main event matches.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship

Champion Triple H vs. Roman Reigns

Most of the best betting sites with cash out payments for pro wrestling have Roman Reigns as the odds on favourite to finally score the big Wrestlemania victory the WWE have been forcibly pushing him towards pretty much ever since The Shield parted ways.

Surprised? Didn’t think so.

Despite getting cold feet the last few times they’ve threatened us with finally going all-in on making Roman Reigns ‘The Guy’ (see: the last two Royal Rumbles, Seth Rollins cashing in), all signs point towards the moment finally happening at the AT&T.

So it’s not too much of a shock to see most sites offering odds like 1/6 on a new WWE Champion come April 3rd. Meanwhile, those willing to take a gamble that the company will once again throw us a last minute curveball, Triple H’s odds of around 7/2 are likely to generate a much bigger payout.
