Isenberg Reacts: WWE Raw Live In Pittsburgh “Stacked Roster, Stacked Show”

The New Day vs. The League of Nations

Being live and seeing the reaction that The New Day gets is incredible. Talk about a gimmick that on life support, only to turn heel and become so fun and entertaining where you HAVE to enjoy them. Xavier Woods got the call with Big E tonight and I thought that was a nice switch. The full face turn is complete, with a complete beat down of these guys after The League of Nations could not defeat them for a second straight night. With a beating like this, there must be a match at WrestleMania between the two teams. I do wonder if they can make it a 3-on-3 match with the titles on the line. I mean, crazier and illogical things have happened before. Either way, The New Day just gets “it.” The crowd appreciates unique and entertaining guys. These guys are certainly at the top of their game inside and outside of the ring. What better team to feud with than four natural heels.

Dean Ambrose and Brock Lesnar

A good promo from Paul Heyman tonight hyping up the match at WrestleMania. It looked like Brock Lesnar was going to strike, but I like him holding off. There is going to be so much physicality and offense with the street fight rules, so it only makes sense to tease it. I do think Dean needs to get the upper hand ONE time before Dallas. Also, Mick Foley hands Dean Ambrose a barbed wire bat, looking to be the weapon of choice into WrestleMania. If they are trying to make Ambrose into a similar Mick Foley, it will be interesting to see how they actually do this. Foley was so much crazier and more intense on a week to week basis. Maybe it was the Era that he was in to be able to accomplish this on an almost untouchable level.
