Cody Rhodes Blogs on the Last Bionic Elbow
Tonight’s WWE Raw takes place in Buffalo, in the same arena in which Cody Rhodes and Goldust did an angle with their late father Dusty Rhodes at Battleground 2013. Cody Rhodes has posted a new blog on his wife Eden’s website, and the blog is titled “The Last Bionic Elbow” and below is an excerpt:
“As I wrap this up, I want fans of his to know…we had a memorial service for Dad. A memorial service, not a funeral. I wouldn’t…my family wouldn’t allow that. Because what he stood for isn’t gone. How he stood for it isn’t gone. The idea that you can do anything, no matter what deficit you begin at…that your critics and naysayers can stand in your way…but you can clench that fist and raise it to the sky and deliver your own “Bionic Elbow” and keep moving down your path. It’s not an idea, it’s a dream. Virgil Runnels passed away. “The American Dream” still lives.”

RVD Talks More About a Possible WWE Farewell Tour
During a recent interview with GrueMonkey.com, former WWE star Rob Van Dam had the following to say about a possible farewell tour in WWE:
That’s mostly just talk. I did a Q&A at Legend Fan Fest and expressed that I have an Open Door policy with WWE. You wont see me with TNA, Global or any other organization. It will breach our deal. I have a merchandise deal with the WWE and right now, I’m too on the go. I have no reason to do a run right now. Honestly, it’s better not to. I explained during the Q&A that I don’t see that changing in the future. Physically, I feel great. I’ve always said, I’m unique in that way. People say wrestling wears you down, but no one thinks I just don’t want to. I can do the same as I did 20 years ago. Who knows, maybe someone threw it out there for reaction and the internet has had its fun with it.
