*Since a storm hit Pittsburgh last night, my power was out until the early hours of Tuesday morning. Instead of doing my usual Raw Reaction, I am going to focus on what the SummerSlam card is shaping up to be.*
First off, what in the world is WWE doing? They think that announcing only one match with 3 weeks to go is the smart thing? The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar is intriguing and a big marquee match, but WWE needs to realize that four hours is A LOT of time to plan for. One match.
One damn match is announced and it seems like WWE does not know where to go from here. Who is facing Seth Rollins? Who is going to fight for the Intercontinental Championship? Do we get Randy Orton vs. Sheamus again? What is the big selling point?
WWE has not announced any of these matches, but do not be surprised if a few are announced later this week. Seth Rollins vs. John Cena should be the championship match. It should also have both titles up for grabs. If it is just the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, we would assume Seth Rollins retains.
Adding the title that John Cena has held on to since WrestleMania 31 would be very interesting. You could easily see Cena winning the world title. Can we see Seth carrying both? As much as you hate it, this is the most logical and smartest decision for the world title. Seth Rollins broke John Cena’s nose. He busted his face open, unintentionally, and THAT quickly makes this match more personal. As long as both titles are on the line and there is some stipulation (Street Fight, etc), I am cool with this match being on the card.
