I know this is a broad question, but, what do you think WWE needs to do to guarantee that WM32 in Texas is a sellout?
A good build to some great matchups. They need to go all out and start building the matches early to ensure they get enough people interested in time for Wrestlemania. They can’t just throw it all together like many fans felt they did this year. They also need to listen to the fans and ensure their voices are heard, unlike this year – the fans want, what the fans want. Finally, they have to give us good compelling matches with up and comers and veterans alike, and they have to plan well in advance.
What do you think of Kevin Owens feuding with Cena? Was it a good idea to propel Owens to the top so fast?
Sometimes it is good to put new talent up against the ‘big boys’, other times it is not, this would be a good time. Putting Owens (still can’t get the name Steen out of my head) into the mix with Cena allows him to instantly be noticed. Cena is the top guy in the company, and to put Owens in their with him is a good decision. It allows the fans to establish him as a heel (or face) and give the fans that have never seen him a glimpse into WWE’s future.
What is your reaction on the WWE Elimination Chamber PPV? Don’t you think WWE Money In The Bank, PPV should be in July, and not in June? What is your favorite WWE and TNA PPV?
I’m glad they brought back the concept of the chamber, it reminds me a lot of WCW’s War Games PPV. I agree, June is not enough time to build a feud properly, they should put it in July to develop more of a story.
My favourite WWE PPV would have to be Wrestlemania because of the spectacle it is, unfortunately I have never experienced the event live (shocking, I know) but it’s definitely on my bucket list. In terms of TNA PPVs it’s got to be either Lock down or Bound for Glory, but I guess you can’t really call them PPVs can you?
