Y2J Talks Reliving HBK Feud

y2jBrian Fritz has posted a new article over at The Sporting News covering Chris Jericho’s new book. Within the article, Y2J talks how googling his 2008 feud with helped him recall some of the feud details:

“When I went back and actually Googled the feud and found a couple timelines of it that some guys had put together and to read through that was like wow, I had really forgotten some of the intricacies of that storyline,” Jericho said. “And I was reliving it myself to go back and re-remember all of that stuff so I could write it down… But I’m sure a lot of details in the Michaels-Jericho feud would have been left out had I not had the option and the luxury to go back and relive it myself.”

WWE Stock Takes a Big Hit Due to Network Projection

WWE stock is down 7.31% today, likely after Nathaniel August, who founded hedge fund Mangrove Partners, announced his short position in the company.

According to “The Street,” August told CNBC that WWE would have to “double its subscriber number to the Network to justify its valuation,” which he doesn’t believe will happen.

Former Diva Receives Scholarship from WWE

WWE.com has posted a new “Where Are They Now?” article on former Diva Maria Kanellis.

The former Diva now works for Ring of Honor along with her husband Mike Bennett, and although the WWE.com article does not mention Kanellis working for ROH, it does note she was the recipient of the first WWE Talent Scholarship. Kanellis said she will be using the money to finish her degree at The Johnson & Wales University, and Kanellis had the following to say to WWE.com:

“I was very excited, it’s a tremendous opportunity. I can’t wait to start [classes for my major] at school in December. School will be a lot more relaxing since I have the scholarships.”
