Helms and his girlfriend Karen were involved in a motorcycle accident in May of last year, resulting in several broken bones and over 200 stitches. In a bit of happy news for the couple, Helms posted on Twitter that they are expecting a baby. Congratulations to both Helms and Karen, and we wish you a speedy recovery!
