— It is being reported that the next release coming out of WWE this week (to take the tally to 11) is Smackdown! writer Dan Madigan.
— Madigan, most known possibly due to writing of the aborted Hirohito idea, was fired on Friday. Friends say that he was fired for “not being a suckup”, and for sending his creative ideas direct to Vince – not to Stephanie and the other writers.
— Other notable ideas coming out of Madigan’s pen were the Mordecai storyline, and the move for the “Eye Scream” movie for Kane.
