The chaos at WrestleMania 42 Night 1 gave fans one of the most unexpected viral moments when Logan Paul turned on his own teammate, IShowSpeed. Now, just after the incident, Paul admits he may have gone too far.
The six-man tag match saw Paul team up with Speed and Austin Theory against The Usos and LA Knight. The match had been building for weeks. Speed incurred a curse from Danhausen and got unintentionally involved in the feud between The Vision and LA Knight. Knight crashed Speed’s livestream and threw him into the camera equipment. Then Speed again cost The Usos their title match against The Vision, unintentionally, of course.
At WrestleMania, things got messy quickly as the match started. Speed, who is still new to WWE, struggled to keep up, and his team ended up losing.
Even though it was not entirely Speed’s fault, Logan Paul snapped after losing the titles. He knocked down Speed with a brutal punch. He then tried to slam Speed through the announcer’s table.
But things didn’t go as planned. The Usos and LA Knight stepped in and stopped him. Then, surprisingly, they helped Speed get his revenge. With Paul held in place by Knight, Speed jumped from the top of the ring post and put him through the table instead.

Now, on the recent Impaulsive podcast, Paul talked about what happened and reflected on his actions.
“He used to be my guy…He put me through a table today. He turned the tables on my table…stabbed me in the back, which is crazy because I taught him everything he knows about,” Paul said.
At first, he blamed Speed and called him a “liability.”
“Bro, you (IShowSpeed) joined the WWE on my team, so pull your f*cking weight. You have one job and that is being an asset to the team. Not a liability,” Paul said.
But as the conversation went on, Paul’s co-host, Mike Majlak, and his guest, Matt Kiatipis, cross-questioned him about all the happenings of the incident. That’s when his tone changed.
“I guess I did forget about the punch…I punched him hard as f*ck, I’m not gonna lie. It was one of my cleanest punches. I f*cking smoked him,” Paul said.
After thinking about it more, Paul admitted he was wrong and took responsibility for his actions. “Now that we are talking about it, I think I am in the wrong here. I’ll take accountability,” Paul stated.
