Mercedes Moné has shared a major update on her return to AEW television.
Former TBS Champion Mercedes Moné has been absent from AEW programming since losing the title to Willow Nightingale on the December 31, 2025, episode of Dynamite. She recently addressed surpassing Ultimo Dragon’s record when she held 13 championships at one point. She noted that when she returns to AEW, she’ll be collecting “more than just titles.“
Now, during her appearance on Wrestling Time on IL61, Mercedes Moné revealed that she would return to AEW once she completes her ongoing Moné Madness Tour. The tour began in Mexico and continued in Italy and France over the past few weeks. She lost the CMLL Women’s Championship to Persephone, the Bestya Women’s Championship to Swan, and the EWA Women’s Championship to Mila Smidt in that period.
“I’m returning really soon. But right now, I’m on my Moné Madness Tour all over Europe. It ends in Canada, though. First, it started in Mexico, now here in Italy, next stop is Paris, then London, then Poland, then Winnipeg. So after that, mama is gonna return home,” Mercedes Moné said.
Mercedes Moné has three more dates in her Mone Madness Tour
Mercedes Moné currently holds five championships across multiple promotions. Following is her remaining schedule in the Moné Madness Tour, in which she’ll defend three of those titles:
- RevPro Wrestling, Wolverhampton, March 21 – Discovery Scotland Women’s Championship defense against Alexxis Falcon.
- Prime Time Wrestling, Poland, March 29 – PTW Women’s Championship defense against Diana Strong.
- Winnipeg Pro Wrestling, Canada, March 31 – WPW Women’s Championship defense against the Women’s Voyageur Cup Tournament winner Jody Threat.
AEW will be in Winnipeg, Canada, on April 1 to tape episodes of Dynamite and Collision at the Canada Life Centre. Since it takes place just a day after her WPW Women’s Title defense in Winnipeg, it could be the most likely event for Mercedes Moné to make her AEW return.
