Scott Green‘s dream could very well come true.
The field for Pro-Wrestling Australia‘s 2026 Colosseum tournament is now down to four, with Scott Green, Lachy McIntyre, Ben Braxton, and Robbie Thorpe left in contention for the coveted Colosseum sword. For Green, who is currently a competitor on Australian Survivor: Redemption, his semi-finals bout is also a chance to avenge a grueling dumpster match loss to McIntyre. Most importantly, though, it’s a chance to cement himself in the history books alongside pro wrestling’s best.
“When I was 16 years old, you hear about the Colosseum, and then you come up through the ranks and you see all the people. I’m getting tingles thinking about it. At the end of the day, we can say that this whole wrestling things fun, it’s a bit of entertainment, but if you win that sword, you’re on the level of those guys who’ve won it before,” Green told WrestleZone’s Ella Jay in an interview.
“Those guys have been all over the world. Those guys are the best in the world. If you are in that company, that’s where you are too, and the whole world notices that. That’s the thing about Australia. Not many people notice us over here. We’re in a different time zone on the other side of the world. It’s hard to get it, but people notice the Colosseum tournament, and that’s the thing people talk about all over the world. I want to be talked about all over the world more than I already am right now.”
The Full In A Cage Card
Notable winners of the Colosseum tournament include NJPW’s Zack Sabre Jr, WWE’s Grayson Waller, Robbie Eagles, and Jessica Troy. At PWA In A Cage on March 6, Green aims to join their ranks. To do that, the Dropouts member must first overcome social media star Lachy McIntyre in a semi-finals match before facing the winner of Braxton vs. Thorpe.
Troy herself will also be in action at the event as she takes on her friend-turned-rival Charli Evans inside a steel cage. Elsewhere, Newly-crowned PWA Heavyweight Champion Big Fudge will defend his title against Aaron Jake, while North Shore Wrestling’s Jack Osborne, Sam Osborne, and Will Kiedis face El Phoenician, Marley Peleti, and Shay Kassidy in a six-person tag match.
Rounding out In A Cage is a 10-wrestler over the top rope challenge in which the winner earns the right to enter the upcoming PWA Rumble at #30. In A Cage will emanate from the Factory Theatre in Sydney, Australia.
