Brie Bella has reacted to her surprise WWE return at the 2026 Royal Rumble.
WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella made her surprise return as the 29th entrant in the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match. She spent nearly seven minutes in the contest and teamed up with her sister Nikki Bella to eliminate Bayley and Lyra Valkyria before getting eliminated by Lash Legend.
After the event, Bella took to Instagram to comment on her long-awaited WWE return. She noted that it feels good to be back and thanked the fans for their support.
“I can’t even express the gratitude I’m feeling right now. It’s been a journey to get here but I’m back and it feels good!!! Love you Bella Army for always standing with your girl and thank you Riyadh for the very warm welcome, your chants and love meant everything ??? BRIEMODE IS ACTIVATED And the Bella Twins are back!!!! YES! YES! YES!” Brie Bella posted.
Brie Bella had been training for a WWE return for a long time
During a recent episode of The Nikki & Brie Show, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella revealed that her twin sister Brie started training to return to the ring before the 2025 Evolution PLE, expecting a call from WWE.
The Bella Twins were trying to remember when they started training with their trainer, Kyle. Nikki Bella noted that she was the first to start training, with Brie joining in later.
“I started with Kyle first. Yup, because remember I kept asking you to join me, and you’re like, ‘No, I’m doing my own thing,’ and then you finally joined?” You introduced us because you were close with them, but you weren’t coming. I felt like you joined a month before Evolution because we were hoping you were gonna get a call or something,” Nikki reminded Brie Bella.
