Brie Bella Teases How Long WWE Return Will Last

Brie Bella opens up about her future in WWE following her return at the 2026 Royal Rumble.

WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella made her long-awaited return to the company by entering the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match as the 29th entrant. She teamed up with her sister, Nikki Bella, to eliminate Bayley and Lyra Valkyria before Lash Legend eliminated both of them at the same time.

Following their Royal Rumble appearances, Nikki and Brie Bella spoke to NYC-based comedian and street journalist Adam Glyn. She started by confirming her WWE return wasn’t in the talks for a long time, but revealed that she has been training for a while.

Brie Bella didn’t give a straight answer when asked if she was officially back in WWE, and asked Glyn to tune into Monday Night RAW to find out. However, she did note that she’s always ready for the hectic WWE travel schedule, teasing that the fans might not have seen the last of her.

It’s worth noting that the Bellas were spotted in Philadelphia International Airport, the site of Monday’s episode of RAW on Netflix.

Brie Bella wanted to put a former WWE star over in her retirement match

During her recent interview with Ring The Belle, former WWE star CJ Perry (Lana) revealed that Brie Bella wanted to put her over in her retirement match. She had pitched the idea to Vince McMahon for Perry to defeat her in a singles match after WrestleMania 32, but the former WWE Chairman didn’t approve it.

“Brie actually pitched this story (for their WrestleMania 32 10-woman tag-team match). It was all Brie, I’m so thankful. She actually pitched for me to have a singles match the next night against her and to go over, and actually put her into retirement.

“Vince wanted her to win on the high and go off as a babyface, I totally understand that and I supported that. I was really nervous. It was okay it didn’t happen, because I wasn’t ready… I was training, and I just didn’t feel like I was ready yet,” Perry said about Brie Bella [H/T: wrestlingnews.co]
