MLW Teases Return To TV In 2026

MLW is ready to get loud.

Major League Wrestling has been without a regular, weekly television series since MLW Fusion went on hiatus in 2023. However, recent movements by the promotion indicate that Fusion is coming back in 2026.

On Tuesday, Major League Wrestling posted a video on social media that teased Fusion would return in 2026. The post said, “It’s been quiet. Too quiet.” But did not offer any more details.

Despite the teaser not offering very much information, the promotion’s event listings give a better idea of when MLW Fusion might be back.

MLW is quietly advertising its March 14 event in Atlanta as a Fusion TV taping. Talent advertised for the show includes Shotzi, Mads Krule Krugger & CONTRA Unit, The Skyscrapers (Bishop Dyer & Donovan Dijak), The Good Brothers, Priscilla Kelly and Austin Aries.

MLW is also advertising its April 12 event, a joint venture with New Japan Pro-Wrestling and CMLL under the Fantastica Mania USA banner, as a Fusion television taping.

MLW Fusion has been in the works for several months

In October, Fightful (via Fightful Select) reported that Major League Wrestling was in talks for a new weekly series. The source also said a weekly show was one of the most requested things MLW got from its audience.

A subsequent report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com stated that MLW was boosting its post-production team. Johnson later reported that MLW boss Court Bauer was spotted in Los Angeles meeting with potential media partners.

Despite this, it’s still unclear where MLW Fusion will air. When asked for further details about when Fusion will be formally announced, an MLW rep told WrestleZone to “stay tuned.”
