Mustafa Ali is sticking around TNA for a bit longer.
During an interview with Denise Salcedo, Mustafa Ali revealed that he recently signed a new contract with TNA Wrestling.
“Just a few days ago, I officially re-signed with TNA Wrestling,” Ali stated. “So yeah, TNA, Mustafa Ali, AMC [clasps his hands together, showing he formed a bond].”
Mustafa Ali explained his thought process behind re-signing with TNA, explaining that he wants to make the most of his time left in the wrestling business.
“I feel like I’ve done so much in the game, but I’ve never really transcended to that next level and the question is constantly, ‘Why? Why doesn’t Ali resonate in that level.’ I’m not satisfied yet, so to me, the investment in the thought decision wasn’t just how do I take care of my family, but it’s like, how do I make sure that I maximize whatever time I have left in my career.”
Ali joked that he’s not the oldest wrestler out there, but he’s also not getting any younger, and sees it as a “battle against time.”
Mustafa Ali has been with TNA Wrestling since 2024. He debuted for the company in January, but left the promotion later that year. Ali returned in January 2025 and announced that he had signed a contract with the promotion. His tenure in TNA has been highlighted by one reign as X Division Champion.
