This TNA star has thanked Madison Rayne for her contributions to the business.
TNA talent Gia Miller took to social media to react to a clip of Madison Rayne delivering her farewell promo on ROH TV.
“Gia Miller would quite literally not exist without @MadisonRayne Thank you for everything. I love you (heart emoji),” Gia Miller posted.
Madison Rayne announces her retirement
In her reply, Madison said: “False! Gia Miller was destined for greatness regardless of Madison Rayne ?. I love you!!!”
The original clip was posted via Ring of Honor‘s X account and featured Madison’s backstage comments following her and Deonna Purrazzo’s tag team match against Billie Starkz and Diamante.
“This business is all I’ve known for twenty years. It’s taken me all over the world and given me best friends who will last a lifetime.
“Tonight was especially emotional because it marks the end of an era for Madison Rayne. I knew this day was coming — every career reaches this point. But when I lost my dad earlier this year, I also lost a piece of myself.
“Now I’m finding that purpose again here, through coaching and helping the next generation. And that’s you [Deonna Purrazzo]. That’s this [ROH Women’s Pure Championship].
“I couldn’t have asked for a better partner, a better moment, or a better night. To ride this wave and close out this era with you — my partner, my best friend — I couldn’t have missed it. It was perfect. The perfect way to end a twenty-year journey, and I love you so much,” Madison Rayne said.
Madison Rayne is best known for her time in TNA Wrestling, where she is a former five-time Knockouts World Champion and a multi-time tag team champion. She was also a member of The Beautiful People heel stable alongside Angelina Love and Velvet Sky. Rayne has been signed with AEW as a coach since 2022.
