Nikki Bella highlights her favorite part about today’s WWE locker room.
Nikki debuted during the WWE Divas Era, where women were expected to work a certain way. She went on to become one of the biggest stars of that generation.
Nikki Bella made her full-time WWE comeback in 2025. During a recent appearance on The Nikki & Brie Show, the former Divas Champion discussed the differences between her era and today’s WWE locker room.
“We’re fortunate because, honestly, every era we’ve been a part of, (in our) 20s, 30s, and now me in the 40s – a lot of incredible women,” she said. “So when I talk about this, I never wanna take away from so many incredible women we’ve worked with in the past.
“What’s been fun about this era is their ideas and how they’ll speak about things, as far as wrestling and hearing a whole new psychology of it. “It’s so fun hearing the minds of people and how they work and their psychology. It’s so different than what we’re used to.”

“As Divas we were trained so different. We had to make sure to get certain things in, and when you sold they wanted you to have a smile on your face.
“It wasn’t just fighter mode. But these women are trained that way. It’s very different. So it’s really cool to have these conversations – I don’t wanna give too much away – but I love it.”
“I’m so into it. It’s so fun, and you get really pumped, and then it makes your creative juices flow even more.” [H/T WrestleTalk]
Nikki Bella most recently competed on the November 3 episode of WWE RAW. She teamed up with Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer in a losing effort against Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez.
