A familiar face is coming back into the wrestling spotlight.
From 2005 until 2007, WWE fans simply knew Kristal Marshall as Kristal, a Diva Search contestant turned in-ring competitor. After leaving WWE in the fall of 2007, she eventually joined TNA Wrestling and aligned with her then-boyfriend Bobby Lashley. The worked together until early 2010, when they departed from the company in tandem. Marshall last wrestled alongside Awesome Kong at Top Rope Promotions live event in 2013, though that may change now.
As revealed on WrestlingNewsCo, Marshall is returning to the wrestling scene as part of All Caribbean Wrestling, which is led by WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry.
“I am so excited about all of it,” Marshall said. “My family is from Barbados. I’m first-generation American. I am a dual citizen. So the show that I’m going to be a part of is in Barbados. So it’s like a huge homecoming of a sort. It’s a beautiful place, and it’s an opportunity for wrestling to expand in the heart of the Caribbean. So it’s an honor, and I’m super excited for you guys to see it and to support it and watch it grow.”
All Caribbean Wrestling’s next show, titled Bajan Brawl, takes place on September 20 in Bridgetown, Barbados. Talents advertised for this event include Mark Henry, The Pope, JTG, Kaylia Capri, and Jayme Jameson. There is no word on whether Marshall will appear at this ACW show or a future one.
