Report: Update On Deonna Purrazzo’s AEW Status

What’s going on between Deonna Purrazzo and All Elite Wrestling?

The former multi-time TNA Knockouts Champion signed with AEW in 2024. While she featured a good amount that year, 2025 is a different story.

Purrazzo hasn’t competed on AEW programming since the February 26 episode of Dynamite, where she lost to Harley Cameron. While The Virtuosa has been seen on Ring of Honor more frequently this year, she hasn’t been seen since the set of ROH tapings on June 21.

So what exactly is Purrazzo’s status with the company?

According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), Purrazzo is under contract with AEW until the beginning of 2027, confirming she signed a 3-year deal with the company.

In regards to her absence from Ring of Honor, Sapp reports that injuries to certain talents delayed the Pure Women’s Champion tournament, which affected Purrazzo’s booking with the brand.
