Tyler Bate hasn’t been seen much on WWE programming as of late, but not for the reason you might think.
On the March 31 episode of WWE RAW, Tyler Bate made his surprise return to the company from injury, teaming up with his New Catch Republic tag team partner, Pete Dunne. Bate’s return lost steam quickly when he lost his return match to the New Day.
Since then, beyond the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, Bate has only made a handful of appearances on Main Event. This has led many fans to speculate that he was reinjured. But that isn’t the case.
Tyler Bate recently posted a new photo on his Instagram with the following caption:
“Not injured. Waiting…,” Bate said in a post.
Bate’s tag team partner, Pete Dunne, has also been noticeably absent as of late. It will be interesting when WWE will decide to bring this team back to TV.
