NXT Great American Bash will be a two-week special.
As announced during NXT Heatwave, NXT Great American Bash will return as a special episode of NXT in August. Initially, it was set to be a one-week special episode. However, during the July 16th episode of NXT, the broadcast team confirmed that Great American Bash would span two weeks. The special will begin on July 30th and conclude on August 6th.
Both nights of NXT Great American Bash will air on SyFy due to coverage of the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Great American Bash was a premium live event in 2023. In the main event, Carmelo Hayes beat Ilja Dragunov to retain the NXT Championship. Elsewhere on the show, Tiffany Stratton defeated Thea Hail to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.
