Chad Gable qualified for the Men’s Money in the Bank match, but The Wyatt Sicks continued to target him on WWE RAW.
On the June 24 episode of WWE RAW, Chad Gable faced Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman in a Money in the Bank qualifier. This came after The Wyatt Sicks brutally attacked Gable on the June 17 episode. Gable was initially replaced in the qualifier before he was cleared to compete. On his way to the ring on Monday, Gable addressed the situation by saying that he lived, as he could not be killed.
Once the bell rang, Reed took control early on. He tossed Gable over the ropes onto Strowman and dove onto them at ringside. Gable was overpowered by his opponents, as seen when Strowman threw him into Reed. Strowman trucked over his opponents at ringside. He then slammed Reed onto the floor. The Judgment Day attacked Strowman, and he tried to fight them off.
Gable capitalized and hit a moonsault on Reed for the win. With the victory, Gable joined Jey Uso, Andrade, and Carmelo Hayes in the Men’s Money in the Bank match.
After the match, The Wyatt Sicks interrupted Gable’s celebration, and he fled the ring.
Qualifying matches will continue on the June 28 episode of WWE SmackDown.
WrestleZone will have coverage of WWE Money in the Bank as it airs on July 6.
