WWE’s King and Queen of the Ring brought with it another mysterious QR code, this time potentially teasing a date when the mysterious person will debut.
The latest QR code led fans to a page with a single video file. The video (below) showed someone playing WWE 2K24 and remarking how they “love” the game.
The person then turned around in the room and walked to the door, saying hello before the video ended with a “connection lost” image.
Users were quick to spot that the link to the site that contained the video file was called “rainerius,” a reference to Rainerius, the patron saint of Pisa and patron saint of travelers. People were also quick to spot that Rainerius’ feast day is June 17, which will take place on the Monday following WWE’s Clash at the Castle this year.
Whether or not this means a debut will occur on that episode of WWE RAW, or we won’t see another QR code until then, is unknown as of now.
