This past Sunday night, Chris Jericho made history by capturing the FTW World Heavyweight Championship. Jericho defeated HOOK to capture the title.
The newly crowned FTW World Heavyweight Champion took to his social media to thank fans who believed in him and cheered all the way till he captured the championship.

The only other people to defeat HOOK in singles competition are former AEW World Heavyweight Champion Samoa Joe, and Jack Perry, who ended HOOK’s first reign at Blood & Guts in July 2023.
