Former IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander suffered a very serious injury one year ago today.
On the one-year anniversary of tearing his tricep tendon completely off his elbow, Alexander took to social media to refect upon the injury and his incredible recovery time, tweeting out:
“**Warning Graphic Image** One year ago I tore my tricep tendon completely off my elbow. I had surgery and returned in 4.5 months. It’s taken some time but I’ve rebuilt it bigger and better than it was before. The highs wouldn’t feel so good if you didn’t have to go through all the lows. One thing is true, I don’t stay down for long. Shout out to @cementfactory_ for getting me right lately,” Josh Alexander said in a post.
