In the 18 to 49 demographic, Rampage scored a 0.11 rating, which is also down from the March 8 episode (0.13 rating in the same demographic).

The March 15 episode of Rampage kicked off with Orange Cassidy and Trent Beretta facing John Silver and Evil Uno. In the main event, Roderick Strong, Matt Taven, and Mike Bennett battled Action Andretti and Top Flight. Elsewhere on the show, Konosuke Takeshita faced Komander, and Toni Storm teamed up with Mariah May.
