Former AEW Women’s Champion Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. recently went viral for getting on stage at a Zach Bryan concert. She also got to sing ‘Revival.’ Baker got to reflect on the moment and how it came to fruition recently.
Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D was a guest on the Bubba Show on Audacy’s 100.7 Star. During the episode, Baker talked about how she got an opportunity to get on stage with Zach Bryan at one of his sold-out concerts. She also revealed that Bryan is an avid fan of AEW.
“Yeah so it was… It’s just so bizarre. The team reached out and basically said they are huge fans and they would love to have me at the Pittsburgh show. I kind of thought it was weird and sus at first and had one of my managers look into it. ‘This seems weird.’ And they are like, ‘No. It’s legit. They are wrestling fans.’ And I got to talk to the band after the show in the back. And they actually have been to AEW shows where they just bought tickets on their own before Zach really blew up and I said, ‘How cool is that?’
“They had just watched the pay-per-view we just had where Sting retired. We got to talk about that a little bit. So, it’s always so cool when you get to connect with someone like that and the planets align. It’s even cooler when it’s with Zach Bryan who, like you said, tickets are now impossible. The show is sold out. I think he broke the attendance record. I sort of heard he broke Bruce Springsteen’s (attendance record). I was with him when they told him that. And I was like, ‘Wow! That’s a feat.’”
