Randy Orton Reacts To Not Being On WWE 2K24: Forty Years Of WrestleMania Cover

Randy Orton is without a doubt one of the biggest and most decorated stars in all of professional wrestling. Recently, the 14-time World Heavyweight Champion seemingly addressed his being excluded from the cover for the WWE 2K24: Forty Years of WrestleMania edition.

The Legend Killer has pretty much done everything possible to do in the Stamford-based promotion. Despite that, he has been ignored by WWE 2K24. A fan took to Twitter to vent his frustrations. He listed out all of Randy Orton’s accomplishments and went on to claim that WWE and WWE 2K should be ashamed of themselves.

“No @RandyOrton On The Cover Of #wwe2k24 Forty years of #WrestleMania 18 WrestleMania Matches(3rd most), 8 wins (4th most tied with others), 2 main events, 7 title matches, 5 world title matches, entered WrestleMania with every championship in wwe. Shame on you @WWE @WWEgames,” a fan tweeted.

The Viper replied to the tweet by just saying “mood”.

Nia Jax claims getting RKO’d by Randy Orton was one of the highlights of her career

One of the most iconic and viral finishing moves of all time is The Legend Killer’s RKO. It is also one of the protected finishers in professional wrestling. Among the times he has hit the finishing move, one was highly talked about and that was when Randy Orton RKO’d Nia Jax during the 2019 Men’s Royal Rumble match.

During an interview with Steve Fall of WrestlingNews.co, Jax opened up about the spot and mentioned that she had no idea about it until that night. She also claimed that it was one of this biggest highlights of her career.

“I don’t know whose idea it was, and I think it was awesome because even I was surprised, and I had no idea until the doors opened at the show,” Nia Jax revealed. “And it was just an incredible moment because the guys took me under their wing.

“I didn’t even get a chance to walk through with them, but they took care of me in there. And I mean, I don’t know what care for you means being superkicked, 619’d, and RKO’d and then tossed over the top rope. But it was an incredible moment and one of the highlights of my career thus far.”

Do you think WWE 2K made a mistake by omitting Randy Orton?
