Becky Lynch wants to cross another first off of her list.
Becky Lynch has headlined WrestleMania, and she has won the Royal Rumble. “The Man” has competed in a Money in a Bank match, and she has held multiple titles. She has also wrestled in various match types. However, the Elimination Chamber Match is not one of them.
Speaking on the Casual Podcast with Brad Tate, Becky Lynch looked ahead to WWE Elimination Chamber. She teased her interest in competing in an Elimination Chamber match for the first time. (H/t Jeremy Lambert of Fightful for the transcription)
“There is a big ol premium live event coming up, but first there is Elimination Chamber,” Lynch said. “Did you know that I’ve never been in Elimination Chamber? I’ve been in many matches, nearly all of the types of matches one could do in a wrestling ring, but I’ve not been in Elimination Chamber.
“So, I’m looking at that and thinking maybe it’s time Becky Lynch makes her debut in an Elimination Chamber match, maybe she wins, and maybe she goes on to main event WrestleMania once again.
WWE will present Elimination Chamber from Perth, Western Australia, on February 24. Meanwhile, Lynch has already declared for the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble.
