Tony Khan comments on the star-studded Fight Without Honor at ROH Final Battle.
In a tweet, Tony Khan confirmed that Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley, and Claudio Castagnoli will face Mark Briscoe and FTR in a Fight Without Honor at ROH Final Battle. He stated that the match will celebrate the life of the late, great Jay Briscoe, who passed away in a car accident on January 17, 2023.
Khan wrote that the match will also celebrate the anniversary of the Briscoes’ Dog Collar match against FTR. as well as the 20-year anniversary of Jay Briscoe’s match against Bryan Danielson at Final Battle 2003.
ROH commentator Ian Riccaboni noted that this will be the first time Jon Moxley has a televised match in an ROH ring. He stated that, from 2007 to 209, Moxley wrestled three times for ROH, but they were never televised or shown on DVD.
