Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso will challenge for the gold at WWE Fastlane.
Cody Rhodes helped facilitate Jey Uso’s move to WWE RAW. Since then, the two stars have joined forces to fight The Judgment Day on multiple occasions. On the October 2 episode of WWE RAW, Rhodes made the save when The Judgment Day attacked Uso. WWE official Adam Pearce then announced that Rhodes and Uso will challenge Damian Priest and Finn Balor for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship at WWE Fastlane.
Priest and Balor previously won the titles by defeating Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at WWE Payback. They later beat Owens and Zayn in a rematch to retain the gold on the September 25 episode of WWE RAW.
