WWE is once again joining the fight against pediatric cancer throughout September.
WWE launched its Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month campaign at WWE Payback, fronted by WWE Superstars Cody Rhodes and Bianca Belair. Cody and Bianca visited the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia last month to help boost youngsters and their families through treatment ahead of the WrestleMania 40 tickets going on sale in August.
Throughout September, Rhodes and Belair will tour hospitals across the country, and they won’t be the only Superstars to do so.
Additionally, as has been the case in years gone by, fans will be able to purchase Connor’s Cure merchandise at WWEShop.com, with 100% of WWE net proceeds benefiting pediatric cancer research. Through their partnership with Fanatics, WWE will also auction off a special Cody Rhodes robe and a custom WWE Championship signed by Cody and Bianca. The auction for the title will begin on September 18, but the auction for the robe will commence on September 2.
WWE is also encouraging fans to start their own campaign to help Connor’s Cure, a WWE effort benefiting the V Foundation for Cancer Research.
The top four fundraisers will get an exclusive pre-show meet-and-greet with Cody Rhodes or Bianca Belair and tickets to a WWE event in their chosen market.
