In-Ring Segment: WWE World Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins

Rollins asks the crowd how sweet was Money in the Bank. Rollins runs down the results of the show, including Roman Reigns being pinned for the first time in 3.5 years and him barely surviving Finn Bálor. SummerSlam is in five weeks. Before Rollins can finish his thought, Cody Rhodes interrupts. Rollins seethes as Rhodes does his full entrance. Rhodes says, “So…” and before he can finish his catchphrase, Brock Lesnar’s music hits. Lesnar walks down the ramp. Rhodes takes off his robe and charges Lesnar. Rhodes and Lesnar brawl.

Lesnar tries an F5, but Rhodes counters with a Cody Cutter. Lesnar rolls out of the ring and eventually walks away. After the break, Rollins is still in the ring. Rollins says he is looking forward to seeing who he’ll be taking on next. The Judgement Day’s music hits. Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, and Rhea Ripley walk to the ring. Rollins asks where Bálor is. Priest tells Rollins not to concern himself with The Judgement Day’s business.

Priest reminds Rollins that he won the MITB briefcase. He can cash in at any moment. Rollins tells Priest to step up. Priest says he’ll decide when he cashes in. Rhea says she would face Rollins but is defending her title in another match tonight. Dominik is free thought. As usual, Dominik gets drowned out by the crowd. Ripley tells Rollins that Dominik wants him tonight. Rollins notes this sounds like an obvious trap, but it doesn’t matter. He’ll see Dominik in the main event tonight.

Damian Priest w/Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Priest grabs a wrist lock out of a lock up. Nakamura tries to escape, but Priest transitions into a standing armbar. Nakamura flips out of the hold, and both men end up in the ropes. Priest pretends to give Nakamura a clean break before lands a nasty right hand. Nakamura knocks Priest into the corner. Good vibrations by Nakamura. Priest flattens Nakamura with a stage dive in the corner. Nakamura doges Priest’s splash and hits a running knee. Priest falls out of the ring. Nakamura misses a baseball slide. After a series of reversals, Priest gives Nakamura the Broken Arrow on the barricade. Priest, Dominik, and Ripley celebrate on the apron as we cut to commercial.

After the break, Nakamura lands a sliding German suplex. Nakamura blows a kiss at Ripley that Dominik intercepts and tosses to the ground. Back in the ring, Nakamura blasts Priest with a leaping sidekick. Nakamura dives off the top into an uppercut by Priest. Cyclone boot by Priest. Nakamura reverses Priest uranage into a roll up. Priest kicks out. Nakamura rolls into an armbar. Priest escapes. Priest avoids the Kinshasa. Pepsi Twist by Priest. Priest hits South of Heaven for the win.

In-Ring Segment: Ronda Rousey

Before Rousey can speak, Shayna Baszler interrupts. Baszler says she thinks she speaks for everyone when she says she is tired of hearing Rousey try to talk on a microphone. Rousey tells Baszler to talk and tell her why. Why after 10 years, loyalty doesn’t mean anything? Rousey tells Baszler to get in the ring because she owes her an explanation. Baszler goes off and says she owes everyone an apology for bringing Rousey into the WWE. The only reason Rousey is here is because of Baszler. Baszler says, unlike Rousey, she paid her dues to be here. She loves this, but Rousey has ruined it for her.

Baszler says the only thing she owes Rousey is the sobering reality that there is someone, Baszler, who can finally shut Rousey up. Baszler tosses the mic at Rousey. Rousey boots Baszler off the apron. Baszler gets to her feet, but Rousey takes her down with an STO. Rousey rains down punches. Rousey sends Baszler back into the ring and locks in a rear naked choke. Baszler reverses that into an ankle lock. Rousey kicks her way out of the hold and tries to escape through the ropes. Baszler rocks Rousey’s world with a running knee to the head. Baszler walks away. Rousey yells for Baszler to get back to the ring. Baszler keeps walking.

Undisputed WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan are at ringside for the next match.

Number One Contender’s Tag Team Turmoil Match: Emma and Nikki Cross vs. Indi Hartwell and Candace LeRae vs. Kayden Carter and Katana Chance vs. Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville vs. Dana Brooke and Tegan Nox

Hartwell and LeRae start off with Green and Deville. Green and Deville pin LeRae after hitting their finish.

Indi Hartwell and Candace LeRae have been eliminated

Cross and Emma are up next. Cross attacks Green and Deville as soon as the match starts. Emma watches from the apron. Cross sees Hartwell helping LeRae to the back. Cross rolls out of the ring to check on LeRae. Emma yells for Cross to come back. Cross sits outside the ring, muttering to herself, ignoring the match. Emma takes on Green and Deville at once. To get the pinfall, Green and Deville hit the Unpretther/Running Knee combo.

Nikki Cross and Emma have been eliminated

Nox and Brooke join the match. Nox surprises Deville and Green with a dropkick off the top. Brooke and Nox land stereo baseball slides. During the break, Deville and Green pin Nox.

Dana Brooke and Tegan Nox have been eliminated

Carter and Chance are next. Carter tries to set up a superplex. Green fights out of it and ends up on Carter’s shoulders. Chance climbs up both women and sends Green flying with a rana to Gree off Carter’s shoulders while on the top rope. Deville breaks up the pin. Chance and Carter set up the After Party. Deville breaks it up. Carter counters Green’s Unprettiher into a roll up. Green kicks out, sending Carter into the ropes. Deville blasts Carter with a right hand. Carter falls into Green, who hits the Unprettiher for the win.

Kayden Carter and Kitana Chance have been eliminated

In-Ring Segment: Becky Lynch

Lynch says she didn’t win MITB but can move on from that. The one thing she can’t move on from is Trish Stratus. She can’t think of a better place to end this than here and now. Lynch screams for Stratus to come to the ring. Trish Stratus’ music hits. Stratus and Zoey Strak walk out on the ramp. Stratus moves her hat, and she’s wearing a protective face mask. She would love nothing more than to fight Lynch, but Lynch broke her face.

She isn’t medically cleared to compete. Lynch asks her to send her lap down Stark to the ring instead. Stratus says Lynch doesn’t want that. Stratus is the greatest of all time. Lynch says Stratus can’t beat her without help. Stratus says Stark is going to break Lynch’s face right now. Both women power walk to the ring. Stratus holds Stark back and says she has a doctor’s appointment right now. Lynch can have Stark next week.

Jackie Redmond is on the stage to introduce Cody Rhodes. Rhodes joins her on the ramp. Redmond asks Rhodes if he has a comment on what happened with Lesnar tonight. Rhodes tells the crowd that it’s Redmond’s first night and to say hello. The crowd obliges. Rhodes says he can’t coexist with Lesnar. He will fight Lesnar any night or every night.

Mixed Tag Team Match: The Alpha Academy vs. The Viking Raiders and Valhalla

Gable rolls up Erik. Erik escapes and runs over Gable. Gable tags in Otis. Otis takes out Erik and Ivar. Otis lands the caterpillar on Ivar. After the break, Gable is forced to tag in Maxxine Dupri. Dupri tosses Valhalla around the ring with hip tosses. Suplex by Dupri. Dupri tries the caterpillar, but Valhalla destroys her with a running knee to the face. Gable takes out Erik and Ivar with a moonsault off the top outside the ring. Valhalla sends Dupri into the corner. Dupri goes up and over into a sunset flip for the win.

WWE Women’s World Championship Match: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Natalya

Natalya attacks Ripley while she’s walking down the ramp. Natalya sends Ripley into the barricade. Ripley is sent crashing into the ringsteps. Natalya tosses Ripley into the ring. The referee asks Ripley if she can go. Ripley says yes. Natalya takes Ripley down and lands a few punches. Ripley kicks her way out of the Sharpshooter. Ripley rolls out of the ring. Natalya follows and slams Natalya’s head into the commentary desk repeatedly. Ripley works over Natalya back in the ring. Natalya fights her way out of a superplex.

Flying crossbody by Natalya. Ripley kicks out. Ripley boots Natalya in the face. Natalya kicks out. After the break, Ripley tries a powerbomb. Ripley reverses it into a rana. Discus lariat by Ripley. Ripley kicks out. Missile dropkick by Ripley. Ripley kicks Ripley in the head and locks in the Prism Lock. Natalya breaks it up by sending Ripley into the corner. Ripley tries a frog splash.

Natalya gets a boot up. Natalya hits a running powerslam. Before Ripley can respond, Natalya locks Ripley in the Sharpshooter. Ripley manages to get to the ropes. Ripley rolls out of the ring. Natalya misses a baseball slide. Ripley rolls back into the ring. As Natalya follows, Ripley punts her in the face. Ripley deadlifts Natalya into Riptide for the win.

Winner and STILL WWE Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley!

After the match, Ripley attacks Natalya. Rodriguez and Morgan hit the ring. Ripley slinks off.

Matt Riddle vs. Giovanni Vinci w/ IMPERIUM

Vinci attacks as soon as the bell rings, slamming Riddle’s injured ankle into the ropes. Riddle fires back with a few strikes. Vinci hits a rolling senton. Vinci lands a springboard moonsault. Riddle rolls up Vinci for the win.

Winner – Riddle

After the match, IMPERIUM attacks Riddle. Drew McIntyre makes the save, dropping Vinci and Kaiser with Claymores. Gunther hops up on the apron and has a standoff with Gunther. Gunther walks away.

Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs. Dominik Mysterio w/Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest

Mysterio and Rollins trade side headlock takeovers. Rollins floors Mysterio with a shoulder block. Rollins sends Mysterio out of the ring and sets up a dive. Ripley gets on the apron to cut him off. Mysterio tries a sneak attack, but Rollins back body drops him over the top. Rollins catches Mysterio with a flying knee off the apron. After the break, Rollins lands the three amigos. Rollins goes up top. Ripley distracts the referee while Priest pushes him off.

Mysterio lands a frog splash. Instead of pinning Rollins, Mysterio stomps Rollins over and over again. Mysterio lands another frog splash. Mysterio tries again, but Rollins gets his knees up. Rollins fires up and lands a flurry of offense. Rollins lands a tope suicida to Mysterio and Priest. Ripley yells at Rollins .Rollins calls for The Stomp. Priest gets in the ring and hits South of Heaven on Rollins, causing a disqualification.

Winner- Seth “Freakin” Rollins

Priest works over Rollins’ injured ribs. Priest sends Rollins into the barricade, ring steps, and commentary desk before setting up the Razor’s Edge. Rollins escapes and superkicks Priest. Rollins sets up a powerbomb. Mysterio attacks from behind and sends Rollins into the steps. Mysterio hands Priest the briefcase and tells him to cash in. As Priest gets up on the apron, Finn Bálor appears out of nowhere and knocks Rollins into Priest. Priest falls off the apron.

Bálor beats down Rollins. Bálor goes up top for the Coup de Grace. Priest argues with Bálor while he’s standing on the top rope. Priest wants to know what Bálor thinks he is doing. Mysterio tries to tell Priest and Bálor Rollins has started to stir. Rollins rolls out the ring. Mysterio tries to stop him, but Rollins Pedigrees Mysterio out on the floor. By the time Priest and Bálor know what happened, Rollins is already up the ramp. Bálor and Priest argue about who cost who the championship.
